the user to setup an unlimited number of email accounts within their Message Center
service. The Message Center will automatically retrieve any new email messages from
these 'third party' accounts and make them available to the user via their Message Center
(for playback, responding, and deleting).
Additionally,
whenever a new email message is received the user will be alerted with the message text
